Company vehicle provided Urban Consulting is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to perform window cleaning, lightjanitorial work, and property inspections throughout the Portland area. The ideal candidate takespride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently.
Responsibilities:- Clean windows
- Perform light janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.
- Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance needs, damage, or safety concerns.
- Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on schedule.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Operate and care for a company vehicle responsibly.
- Follow safety procedures and interact professionally with clients and tenants.
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and work indoors and outdoors.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record suitable for operating a company vehicle.
Previous cleaning, janitorial, or property services experience is preferred.
