Retail & Ticketing Manager

What You'll Do: Lead daily operations of the Gift Shop, ticketing areas, stockrooms, and related retail operations. Manage ticketing strategy, pricing, policies, and in-person/phone sales. Lead, train, schedule, coach, and develop retail and ticketing staff. Create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and memorable guest experience. Drive retail and ticketing sales through merchandising, promotions, upselling, and excellent customer service. Oversee inventory, purchasing, receiving, vendor relationships, and shrinkage control. Monitor sales, margins, labor costs, and other key performance indicators. Coordinate online-order fulfillment with the E-commerce team. Collaborate with Marketing, Chapel, Museum, Operations, and Events teams to support the overall visitor experience. Maintain strong cash-handling, inventory, and operational controls.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, ticketing, attraction operations, or a related field.2+ years of leadership and staff supervision experience. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with inventory management and POS systems. Ability to analyze sales information and identify opportunities for growth. A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your team on the sales floor. A genuine commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience. Knowledge of Precious Moments products or the brand is a plus.

Schedule & Physical Requirements: The Precious Moments Chapel is open seven days a week. This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, including at least one weekend per month. The position requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds. Why Precious Moments?
