Responsibilities:- Develop property and portfolio financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support investment and capital planning.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and investor presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Reconcile and analyze Yardi data to ensure accuracy and support financial reporting.
- Assist in underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions and redevelopment initiatives
- Improve financial reporting processes, tools, and efficiency.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience in the commercial real estate industry
- Advanced Excel and Yardi experience
- Knowledgeable with property management workflows
- Strong understanding of real estate financial functions such as CAM, leasing structures, and cap rates
