Eaton's Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based in Beachwood, OH or work remotely within the US. You will own end-to-end executive recruitment, lead searches, scope profile success, identify top candidates, conduct interviews and drive offers through to acceptance.
You will partner with the ETA Director and cross-functionally across the enterprise to deliver best-in-class hiring experiences.
