The Experience
You'll join the Product & Pricing Operations team at Salesforce, driving the transformation of our New Product Introduction framework and shaping how feedback from sellers, customers, and operators turns into real process improvements. You'll also play a key role in launching recently acquired products, migrating contracts, and integrating legacy offerings. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

Lead key operational workstreams for newly acquired product launches to ensure rapid go-to-market readiness.
Support the migration of customer contracts, SKUs, and pricing structures during integration and sunsetting efforts.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional launch initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful General Availability deployments.
Ensure end-to-end operational readiness across quoting, packaging, discounting, provisioning, activation, service delivery, invoicing, and sales readiness.
Configure, stage, deploy, and maintain product configuration data, price books, and SKUs in Salesforce.
Investigate and troubleshoot release blockers or production incidents in complex CRM and quote-to-cash environments.
