Full-time 1.0 FTE, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week Developmental Preschool, Itinerant services, Child Find Evaluations and possibly Transition to Kindergarten support pending caseload numbers Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain) Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.8 FTE or more~Reimbursements for licensure, continuing education, and professional costs~ Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate~ Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching for nonprofits (0.8 FTE and above)~ Referral bonuses~ Why Ampersand Therapy: We're a small, therapist-run company based in Washington and Colorado.
