Hilton Arlington Rosslyn – The Key is looking for friendly, dependable, and service-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team.
Pay: $23.00/hour
Our Front Desk Agents are the face of the hotel and play an important role in making every guest feel welcome. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others, communicate well, and can stay positive and professional in a busy environment. Hotel experience is preferred, but not required. If you have strong customer service experience and a passion for working with people, we encourage you to apply.
What You'll Do:- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with guest questions, requests, and concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest information
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to resolve guest needs
- Provide information about hotel amenities and the surrounding Rosslyn/DC area
- Promote Hilton Honors and recognize Hilton Honors members
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized lobby and Front DeskWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Dependability and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Hilton OnQ experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- High school diploma or equivalent
