Key responsibilities: Provide academic planning and support by assisting learners with course navigation and academic policies Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing non-academic inquiries through various communication channels Collaborate with colleagues to implement retention initiatives and identify at-risk learners to promote academic successRequired qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Proficient in time management and relationship building Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology effectively Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment
