Duties:
Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and groupsDevelop and implement treatment plansUtilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address clients' needsCollect data on clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as neededApproaching therapeudic work utilizing a social justice/intersectional frameworkRequirements: Master's degree in Social Work or related fieldState licensure as a Mental Health TherapistCarry your own malpractice insurance 1-3 yrs post masters degree working in a clinically focused settingStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a teamEmployment Type: Full TimeYears Experience: 1 - 3 yearsSalary: $60 - $100 HourlyBonus/Commission: No
