The Role:- M&A and/or PE Contract Attorney (Project-Based, Remote)
- This is project work. You get paid by the hour or by the project — your choice, negotiated per engagement. No minimums, no quotas, no partnership track. Take the deals you want, when you want them.
- You'll run point on live M&A and Private Equity transactions: diligence, drafting, negotiating, and advising clients through signing and closing. You'll work alongside a lean bench of senior transactional lawyers and a tech stack designed to cut the grunt work, not the judgment.
- What We Require
- Minimum 3 years of BigLaw M&A and Private Equity training (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated ability to run diligence and draft/negotiate transaction documents independently
- Sharp analytical instincts and commercial judgment on finance, accounting, and deal structuring issues
- Crisp written and verbal communication
- Self-directed operator who can manage deadlines and multiple matters remotely
