Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) - Home HealthATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 40 hours per week contract in Aiken, SC. Job Requirements:- 1 year of experience requiredBLS certification required
- South Carolina State License or Compact PT license required
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) highly preferred
- Completion of online HCHB course required if no HCHB experience
- Full compliance required to start on time
- All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start
- Max RTO: 7 days per contract
- Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
- If two major holidays fall in assignment period, traveler is expected to work both
- If three major holidays fall in assignment period, traveler is expected to work two of the holidays
- All RTO must be finalized at time of submission
- No RTO can be requested during orientation week
- Travel expected to not exceed 70 miles per day
- Other Required Documentation:
- Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
- Two current clinical references
- Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
- Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
