PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded metal fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator* position. This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our impressive, proprietary automated machinery.*Full Time 2nd Shift (Monday--Thursday 2:20pm-12:50am) Training for the first 2-3+ months would be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs (4am-2:30pm) initially, then possibly split shift during adjustment period) for this position. The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations, so we are looking for _*experienced candidates*_with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, first and foremost.*Requirements:*-- *Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _highly preferred experienced_**_working with Metal_*-- Strong mechanical aptitude-- Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems-- 3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines-- *Ability to work independently*--Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools--Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time--Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices--Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts-- *Solid work history and attendance record with proven reliability.**Wage starting at $27+/hour with future wage growth potential.*Please include salary requirements.Looking for candidates with solid, long-term, consistent work history.* No 3rd party recruiters, please.*** Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.*
