- We are seekinglocal CDL-A Hazmat/Tanker Drivers for anopportunity in Grapevine, Texas. This position offers consistent weekday work, job stability, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
- Pay & Schedule$26 per hour. Straight-time pay only
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Start time is typically between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.; the start time will be provided the evening before
- Local routes
- Automatic transmission equipment
- Light-touch handling using a pallet jack, hauling HVAC, airplane parts, commercial mechanics.
- Initial training includes one to two days in the office and one to two days with a trainer
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a commercial vehicle safely on local routes
- Transport hazmat and tanker freight in accordance with applicable regulations
- Complete required vehicle inspections and safety procedures
- Follow assigned schedules, routes, and customer service expectations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Minimum Requirements:- Valid CDL-A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
