Strategic Commercial Counsel - Supply Chain & Procurement

SpaceX is seeking a Commercial Counsel for the Supply Chain team in Washington, DC. You will enable procurement of critical goods and services by providing legal review and counseling to Supply Chain, Purchasing, Facilities, and other partners on complex issues, in the United States and internationally. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, mitigating risk, and advising across the procurement lifecycle while improving policies and exploring
