Landscape Architect/Planner Our client is a growing firm providing land development and infrastructure related civil engineering services. We are looking to hire a landscape architect/planner to join the team. Duties include project management, coordination with clients and agencies in a respectful manner, performing site planning/zoning analysis for private/public sectors, producing layouts and grading, and research. Qualifications include a BS in landscape architecture/urban planning and three years progressively responsible experience, or five years progressively responsible experience. An LA license or the ability to secure one within one year is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Micro Station/Inroads, and MS Office products is a must. Experience in Prince Georges County and Montgomery County, MD, and good relationships with county agencies (MNCCPC) are preferred.
