What You'll Be Doing:- Partner with operators to analyze performance of real estate assets
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Work cross-functionally with investments, asset management, and operators
- Gain exposure to complex real estate structures (RIDEA)
Ideal Background:- Senior housing / healthcare operations ORReal estate / investment firms with healthcare exposure
- Strong financial acumen (FP&A, investments, or accounting) xevrcyc
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect operations + financials2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
