Mandatory Qualifications
Specialized Training:
- Must be a graduate ofT10 ION (Basic Cyber Operator Course)OR the NSACNOQC.Operational Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of active experience serving as aCyberspace Operatorwithin the NSA or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF).Operational Planning Mastery:
- Deep knowledge ofJoint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE), theJoint Targeting Cycle (JTC), and theJoint Planning Process (JPP).Expert understanding of the relationship betweenNSA and USCYBERCOM.Tactical Expertise:
Ability to instruct onStrike/Mission Packagesfor Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).Knowledge ofIKE/JCC2, cyber infrastructure, and technical/operational schemes of maneuver.
Comprehensive understanding of Interagency involvement in cyberspace operations.
