Tax - HNWI (Senior through Senior Manager)

Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex individual federal and state income tax returns for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Assist with tax planning strategies designed to minimize tax liabilities and preserve wealth. Address tax matters involving trusts, estates, partnerships, S corporations, and other pass-through entities. Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide practical recommendations. Work directly with clients, family offices, financial advisors, and other professional service providers. Assist with multi-state tax compliance, estimated tax payments, and related planning. Support estate, gift, and fiduciary tax planning and compliance, depending on experience. Manage client engagements, review work, mentor junior staff, and oversee team performance at more senior levels.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on individual taxation and high-net-worth clients. Strong knowledge of individual income tax compliance and tax planning. Experience with complex individual returns, including investments, pass-through income, and multi-state filings. Exposure to trusts, estates, fiduciary taxation, and wealth transfer planning is a plus. CPA license preferred; candidates actively pursuing their CPA will also be considered.
