Strategic Partnerships Lead, Global Infrastructure

The World Bank Group, through its Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF), seeks a Senior Partnership Specialist to lead donor engagement, governance, and partnership strategy. You will work across governments, MDBs, and private partners to mobilize resources for infrastructure and project preparation. You will advise senior leadership, coordinate across units, and help shape the GIF’s external positioning and donor intelligence in a fast‑moving international development context.
