Commercial Electrical Estimator

Seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Estimator with strong commercial electrical construction knowledge and hands-on experience with Trimble Accubid and LiveCount.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for commercial electrical projects.
Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents.
Perform electronic material and labor takeoffs using LiveCount.
Develop estimates using Trimble Accubid / Accubid Anywhere.
Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor pricing.
Apply labor units, material costs, equipment, and overhead.
Identify scope, exclusions, clarifications, and project risks.
Prepare bid summaries and proposals.
Assist with change-order pricing and project turnover.
Manage multiple bids and deadlines.
Requirements:
Commercial electrical construction estimating experience.
Hands-on Trimble Accubid experience.
Hands-on LiveCount takeoff experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and construction costs.
Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred:
Experience with public/municipal projects, schools, commercial construction, site electrical, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, or low-voltage systems.
