The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating the specialty care team, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction within our Advanced Care Model. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CTA IIs, guiding new hire orientation, managing daily huddles, coordinating equipment and supplies, and facilitating effective communication between physicians and the care team.
