Strategic Competitive Intelligence Director

CACI is seeking a Director of Competitive Intelligence to guide strategic CI initiatives supporting new business opportunities and recompete proposals in the defense and intelligence sectors. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market analyses, win strategies, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The role requires deep federal CI experience, expert use of GovWin, Bloomberg Government, and FPDS, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
