Senior Attorney: Civil, Ethics & Records Counsel

The Florida State Courts System is seeking a Senior Attorney I or Senior Attorney II to join the Office of the General Counsel in Tallahassee. The role conducts legal research, provides analysis, counsel, and representation for OSCA, the Florida Supreme Court, and other courts within the system. The position handles garnishment, rule petitions, public records requests, ADA matters, and contract review, with a focus based on experience.
