Licensed Practical Nurse

ShiftKey, LLC seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver high-quality bedside care across partner healthcare facilities. LPNs will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor and document patient status in EHRs, and support RNs and providers in executing care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, follow infection control and safety protocols, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Using ShiftKey’s digital marketplace, you can select shifts that match your schedule, gaining experience in diverse care settings while contributing to safe, reliable patient care. Provide direct bedside nursing care under RN or provider supervision Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition using EHR systems Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other LPN-level procedures Support development and execution of patient care plans Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions Maintain strict infection control, safety, and quality standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Use ShiftKey’s platform to select and confirm shifts at partner facilities Accurately complete clinical documentation and comply with facility policies Medication administration Wound care Vital signs monitoring Electronic health records (EHR) documentation IV therapy Care planning support Patient and family education Infection control Clinical assessment Time management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice BLS/CPR certification Experience with EHR systems IV certification (where required)
