I'm partnering with a three highly respected law firms in Chicago, IL seeking an experienced M&A Paralegal to support a busy corporate practice handling mergers & acquisitions, entity formations, governance matters, and complex transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on sophisticated deals while being an integral part of a collaborative and growing team.
Competitive compensation ($90,000-$150,000+, depending on experience)
Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Exposure to high-level M&A and corporate transactions
3+ years of corporate or M&A paralegal experience in a law firm
Experience with due diligence, entity management, corporate governance, and closing transactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
