Position:
Physical Therapist (PT) Schedule Options: PRN / Coverage Setting: Skilled Nursing + Long-Term CareWhat You'll DoEvaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPsDocument patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed

Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
