Clinical operations are designed to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

The assignment area is situated in a region offering over 100 miles of trails across multiple state parks, along with freshwater springs, museums, botanical gardens, and craft breweries. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, birding, and paddling are accessible throughout the area. Cultural and recreational offerings include live music, art walks, and nature conservatories, providing clinicians on assignment with a broad range of options during time away from the facility.
About the Clinician's Workday:
Clinicians will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM at an inpatient facility, with no call responsibilities associated with this assignment. An on-site APP is supported by a tele provider available as backup throughout each shift to ensure continuity of care. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients, along with performance of standard ICU-level procedures. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
