In this job, you'll be working directly with customers - in-person, via phone, and through e-mail - to meet their musical needs by: Selling - instruments, accessories, print music, etc. Renting - band, orchestra & other instruments, accessible to everyone! Enrolling - sign up new students for lessons at the Menchey School of Music!
Other duties include:- Troubleshooting customer issues and finding solutions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
- Opening and closing the store according to policies
- Cash handling - daily balancing of cash drawer
- Training on instruments, new products, and sales techniques
Requirements
Required Experience:
HS Diploma or GEDAbility to play a musical instrument General knowledge of musical instruments and written music
Preferred Experience:- Previous retail or sales experience
- These positions are year-round positions. They are not seasonal or summer-only positions.

Salary Description $15 per hour + commission
