Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise‐wide manufacturing safety strategy and execution
- Standardize safety onboarding, training, audits, and accident management
- Ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, reporting consistency, and trend‐based mitigation
- Conduct multi‐site inspections and oversee third‐party safety audits
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Develop and maintain company‐wide safety plans, policies, and best practices
- Support and develop plant safety leaders and coordinators
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field 7+ years in manufacturing/industrial environments 5+ years in safety leadership roles
- Strong OSHA/regulatory expertise across multi‐site operations
- Proven ability to influence plant leadership and drive behavioral changeOSHA‐30 preferred
