Lafayette Medical Approach is an OASAS 822, CARF-accredited outpatient opioid treatment program located in Soho in Lower Manhattan. We have been treating individuals with opioid addiction in the community successfully for over 40 years. We aren't a large, impersonal hospital-based program. Document progress notes, treatment plans, and group notes in accordance with regulations. Participate in weekly supervision. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain linkages with other treatment facilities as appropriate to patients' needs. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the substance abuse field. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Strong computer skills including word processing, EMR, and web browsing. Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
