Job Description Job Description Job Duties:-Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and grasses-lay sod, amend soil, dig holes/ trenches-Mow lawns, pull weeds, spread mulch and trim hedges-Build patios, walkways, or retaining walls for hardscape projects-Operate Mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and small skid steers-Load and unload tools, soil, plants, mulch at worksitesRequirements: Physical stamina to lift 50 to 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to follow directions from a crew leader or foreman Previous landscaping or manual labor experience preferred
