Commercial Contracts Counsel

Perry Homes seeks an experienced Counsel to support the Director, Senior Counsel in delivering legal advice on commercial contracts. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, managing contract risk, and advising internal clients across departments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of counsel experience, JD from an accredited law school, and strong MS Office skills. Will work closely with multiple internal clients and may handle land acquisition work as needed.
