🔥 REGIONAL SALES MANAGER| PACKAGING📍 Southeast / South Central USA💰 Circa $120K Base + Uncapped Bonus🏠 Remote / Home-BasedAre you a genuine new-business salesperson who knows how to build a territory? I’m working exclusively with an established US packaging manufacturer looking to strengthen its presence across the Southeast and South Central United States. This is a significant territory with plenty of opportunity, and they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of it. This is not an account management role. The priority is finding a salesperson who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, getting in front of decision-makers and winning new customers. Once you win them, you’ll have the opportunity to develop those relationships into significant long-term accounts.

We want to speak with salespeople who can demonstrate a track record of creating business, rather than simply managing an established customer base. You’ll ideally have:✅ 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience✅ A demonstrable track record of winning new customers✅ Experience developing a geographical territory✅ Experience selling within packaging, manufacturing or another technical B2B environment✅ Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills✅ The confidence to prospect, present, negotiate and close✅ The self-motivation to work independently and take ownership of a territory Packaging experience is preferred, but it is not essential. Experience within rigid plastics, custom packaging, labels, cartons, flexibles or other manufacturing-led B2B environments would all be of interest. Ultimately, the priority is finding someone who can hunt, open doors, develop relationships and win business. LOCATIONThis is a remote, field-based position covering the Southeast / South Central United States. You’ll need to be well positioned to cover the territory and have convenient access to a major airport, as regular customer travel will be required.
