BarkleyOKRP in Kansas City seeks a Senior Producer to lead our in‑house production practice, supervising a producer and running a high volume of concurrent projects—from post‑only edits to small‑to‑mid‑scale live‑action shoots—while applying AI tools and AI‑informed workflows.
This working leader will mentor peers, own budgets and timelines, and help rebuild processes so the team scales output without proportionate headcount, all in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
