An established law firm is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its growing team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience handling family law matters, a strong commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally challenging situations with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Texas attorney in good standing; candidates awaiting bar examination results are not eligible.
Minimum of one year of experience practicing family law.
Experience handling divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters.
Experience with contested cases and courtroom proceedings is strongly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and legal writing skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
Must reside in the Dallas metropolitan area or be willing to commute to Dallas.
