Warehouse Returns Processor

Your responsibilities: This position will process and categorize home appliance products returned to our regional warehouses, including inspection, recording data, and disposition as per policies.· Inspect appliances to determine if item should be categorized as A-Stock, B-Stock or scrap, using AMISCO for inventory control· Utilize SPICE to record work performed for documentation purposes· Identify correct repack material and utilize heat shrink tool to properly repack appliances· Repack items according to factory condition as needed and label items for reshipment or repair· Ensure accuracy of the returns process by diligently following processes and reporting work status daily· Wearing proper PPE, attending safety meetings and abiding by safety company policies and guidelines.· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by abiding by housekeeping expectations on a daily basis· Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience
