Self Opportunity Inc. is recruiting for an established multi-unit quick-service restaurant organization. They need an experienced General Manager to run one restaurant from top to bottom. What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations to hit quality, service, cleanliness, speed-of-service, and accuracy standards
- Own the restaurant P&L: sales forecasting, labor scheduling, food and paper costs, and controllable expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and crew
- Oversee inventory, ordering, cash control, and loss prevention
- Keep the restaurant compliant with food safety, health, security, and employment regulations
- Handle employee relations and resolve guest issues
- What You Bring
- Experience with a major national QSR brand is required.2+ years of QSR management experience, including 1+ year at Department Manager level or higher
- ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days
- Comfort reading financial reports and acting on them
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems
High school diploma or GEDSchedule and Environment: The schedule rotates and includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires 8+ hours on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
