In-Home Home Care Aide

Honor is seeking an In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide in Orange County to provide compassionate, tech‑enabled care for clients in their homes. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, safe mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders while offering meaningful companionship. Using Honor’s mobile tools, you’ll log visits, update care notes, and coordinate with care teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality service. You’ll work independently in the field with support from a dedicated care team, receive ongoing training, and help clients live safely and comfortably at home. Provide compassionate in‑home care and companionship to clients in Orange County Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support safe mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices Monitor and document client condition, reporting concerns to care coordinators Follow individualized care plans and medication reminders as directed Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands as needed Use mobile apps/technology to log visits, update care notes, and coordinate with the team Collaborate with families, nurses, and coordinators to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care Uphold client safety, privacy, and infection‑control standards Participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving and technology use Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Safe patient transfer and mobility support Basic vital signs observation and documentation Use of caregiving or scheduling mobile apps Infection control and hygiene practices Meal preparation and nutrition basics Light housekeeping for client safety Communication with clients, families, and care teams Time management and route planning Understanding of basic elder care and dementia support Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred CPR and First Aid certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Background check eligibility
