Head of Fleet Commissioning & Turnover

Fervo Energy is seeking a Director of Commissioning to own the build-out of a centralized, in-house commissioning organization for the GeoBlocks fleet. You will lead end-to-end commissioning across multiple sites, drive custody transfer from construction to operations, and scale processes and systems for faster, safer turnover. The role reports to the VP of Operations and collaborates with Production Engineering, Operations Engineering, O&M, and HSSE leadership.
