Construction Superintendent

The Role: The Superintendent is the field leader on every project they're assigned to. While the Project Manager owns the project, you own the jobsite — the daily execution, the crews, the trade partners, and the standard of work that goes out the door. You're also the face of Orvosh Builders to clients and neighbors on site every day, so professionalism matters as much as skill. You'll be on the ground, making decisions, solving problems, and holding the bar high from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing: Running daily field operations — directing crews and trade partners to keep work moving safely and on scheduleExecuting the project schedule and coordinating sequencing of labor, materials, deliveries, and inspectionsCatching quality issues before they become punch list items and coaching the team to Orvosh standardsEnforcing a safe jobsite — PPE, toolbox talks, site signage, and stopping unsafe work immediatelyReceiving and verifying deliveries, managing material staging, and tracking company equipmentCompleting daily field reports in JobTread with progress updates, photos, and documentationRepresenting Orvosh professionally with clients, neighbors, and the publicWhat We're Looking For 8+ years of hands-on residential construction experienceDemonstrated field leadership — lead carpenter, foreman, or superintendentStrong working knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codesAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsComfortable with mobile apps and digital reporting (we use JobTread) Valid driver's license and reliable transportationBonus Points For OSHA 30 certificationJobTread or similar platform experienceCustom home or high-end remodeling backgroundTrade certifications (lead-safe, scaffold, fall protection) or First Aid/CPRWhy Orvosh We're a company that shows up for its people the way we expect them to show up for us.
