Sealant/Undercoat Operator Looking for a hands-on production role where you can learn valuable skills on the job? We are seeking a Sealant/Undercoat Operator to join our client's Phoenix team. In this role, you'll work directly on production units, applying protective sealants and undercoating. You'll receive structured, 1-on-1 training from an experienced operator to set you up for success.
What You'll Do:
Apply seam sealer and undercoating according to production specifications.
Shadow and learn from an experienced operator until you're fully qualified to work independently.
Work closely with upstream operators to keep the assembly line moving efficiently and eliminate bottlenecks.
Perform physical, tactile manufacturing tasks (note: this is a hands-on role where you will get dirty while working with coatings).
What We're Looking For:
Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions provided through structured OJT (On-the-Job Training).Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with chemical sealants and undercoats.
Punctual and able to work the 6:00 AM start time, plus overtime/Friday shifts as production demands require.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 Per Hour
