Associate Specialist Employee Relations - Remote

Job Responsibilities: Reviews and resolves employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, performance issues, misconduct allegations, and policy interpretation questions in accordance with established practices and employment requirements. - Conducts fact-finding activities, gathers and analyzes information, documents findings, and recommends appropriate actions to support fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues. - Advises managers and employees on employee relations policies, corrective action processes, conflict resolution approaches, and workplace expectations. - Supports the administration, interpretation, and application of collective bargaining agreements and labor relations processes where applicable. - Partners with Human Resources and business stakeholders to identify trends, mitigate employee relations risks, and support a positive employee experience. -...
