We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized sales and consulting talent within a growing health and benefits practice. Recruit sales and consulting professionals within the health & benefits industry Partner closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches Screen, interview, and assess candidates throughout the hiring process Influence hiring decisions and guide stakeholder expectations Drive candidate engagement, offer acceptance, and successful hiring outcomes 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience~ Recruiting experience within Insurance, Employee Benefits, Health & Benefits Consulting, Professional Services, Brokerage, Agency, or Carrier environments~ Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills~ Health & Benefits recruiting Sales recruiting experience Professional Services or Commercial Insurance industry background Strong talent mapping and market intelligence capabilities
