Our Caregivers use smart devices and IoT solutions to streamline health monitoring and communication, ensuring an integrated, high-quality care experience. This role requires empathetic, efficient, and tech-savvy individuals dedicated to improving the wellbeing of others through innovation and attentive care. Provide daily living assistance to our clients, tailored to their specific needs and health conditions. Utilize our proprietary IoT systems for health monitoring, reporting, and communication to ensure optimum care. Support clients with basic healthcare tasks like monitoring vital signs using smart technology, and administering medication as directed. Engage clients in exercises and activities designed to improve their physical and mental health. Document care provision and monitor client progress through our tech platforms, ensuring updates are communicated to healthcare teams. Proficiency in the use of smart technology and IoT devices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and empathy. Skills in time management and multitasking. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid Certification preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or related certifications beneficial but not mandatory.
