Chief Executive Officer A long-established, mission-driven community behavioral health nonprofit just outside Philadelphia is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer. The organization provides outpatient mental health and drug and alcohol treatment for children, adults, and families, along with psychiatry, long-term structured residential beds, and supported housing that helps individuals return to community life. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead strategy, financial sustainability, operations, and growth, serve as the link between agency leadership and the Board, and keep the organization true to its mission while meeting regulatory standards and clinical needs alike.
