Los Angeles City Operations Lead — Growth & Strategy

JOCO in Los Angeles is seeking a City Manager to lead the market operations and strategy. You will own P&L, drive partnerships, customer growth, and retention with hands-on ownership of KPIs, while coordinating Mechanic, Field, and Concierge teams. You will work closely with the Corporate Team, sharing updates, dashboards, and progress, and will oversee hiring, training, and management of staff, as well as lease negotiations and process design to scale the operation.
