About the Role: The Company is seeking a Director, Head of HCP Engagements for Rheumatology to set the strategic direction and oversee professional engagement for a new product launch. Responsibilities include developing professional and medical education strategies, leading cross-functional teams, managing congress planning and execution, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. The role also involves gathering market and treatment insights to inform brand strategy, ensuring activities align with relevant policies and regulations, and managing budgets and performance. The Director will lead and develop a team while partnering with internal stakeholders and external experts. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including a minimum of four years in pharmaceutical marketing. Commercial experience in psoriatic arthritis, with a strong understanding of the disease, treatment approaches, and market trends, is required, as is experience developing KOL engagement plans. Applicants should bring strong leadership, collaboration, analytical, strategic, and financial management skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. An advanced degree, customer relationship management experience, and new product launch experience are preferred.
