What you'll do:
Interpret tender documents, specifications, drawings, and pricing information.
Prepare and verify quantity schedules, takeoffs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Review AI-generated outputs and collaborate on evaluation criteria.
What we're looking for:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Substantial experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or tender preparation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
