Transit Modernization Program Lead (Design-Build)

STV is seeking a Project Manager with alternative delivery experience to lead Maryland Transit modernization efforts. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders to advance a signature public transport program. This role emphasizes design-build delivery, scope and risk management, and close coordination with MTA, MDOT, utilities, and local agencies. A PE license is preferred, with Maryland licensure or the ability to obtain licensure strongly preferred.
