Our facility, renowned for its emergency, maternity, and specialty services, is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech PRN to provide critical support in diagnosing and treating cardiac and vascular conditions. This role demands precision and proficiency in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and support through advanced medical procedures. Prepare patients for catheterization, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and other cardiac procedures. Operate and maintain all cath lab equipment including imaging and monitoring devices. Monitor patient vital signs and condition during procedures, alerting physicians to emerging issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining sterile environments. Assist in the post-procedural care and evaluation of patients. Document all procedure details and patient records accurately and promptly. Proficient in the use of cath lab equipment Strong understanding of cardiac care and vascular systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond quickly to medical situations Detail-oriented with high standards for patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred BLS/ACLS certification
